the enclosed letter, for the purpose of being medically examined. The letter is to be left with the Medical Adviser a and he will send his report direct to this Department, Blis fee will be paid by the Crown Agents for the Colonies, and if it is necessary for you to travel by rail for the purpose of the examination your return fare (third class) will be refunded to you on your informing this Department of the
amount. A medical history sheet is also enclosed which should be filled up and handed to the Medical Adviser at the time of the examination.
